Mangga Dua AOG at first was established on 9th November 1958 and pastored by Rev.Philipus Zakaria and his wife (Rev.Sena Zakaria) at Jl.Pangeran Jayakarta no.33. On 1973 Mangga Dua AOG held its services at Jl.Mangga Dua III/106 A and their services are going on till now.

On 1988, suddenly Rev.Philipus Zakaria got the stroke and at last he choosed his eldest son (Rev.Timothy Zakaria) as the new pastor. Rev.Philipus died on 1995 and buried on Petamburan. A year later, Rev.Sena Zakaria died and burried on the sama place.
